Help for farmers from the Czernikowo commune on completing forms for direct surcharge

The ICIMSS team was involved in supporting the farmers in trying to obtain direct surcharge for arable lands. For this purpose we cooperated with the district office of the Agency of Agriculture Restructuring and Upgrading (Modernization). On 27th of May 2 of our employees took part in a training session lead by the Office of the Agency in Torun. In the 2 hours training session they learnt how to fill in forms for the registration of producers, for the granting of direct payments for arable lands and for granting support to unprofitable agricultural areas.

On 31st of May after consultation with communes from the Torun district the ICIMSS team was delegated to the Commune Centre of Information in Czernikowo. They helped farmers to complete forms correctly, and distributed Agency of Agriculture Restructuring and Upgrading brochures.

To 15th of June, we helped about 50 farmers.
